What do you use for payments? - I use paypal invoices!

Can I pay you with art? - Unfortunately no! I only accept real currency (USD or otherwise).

What can you draw? - I can draw humans and humanoid creatures, those are the ones I am most comfortable with :). I can draw anthros/furries as well but I am less practiced with those... I always recommend going to an artist that is better than me at those!

Do you draw NSFW? - No, but I will draw suggestive content andor pin-up. [I reserve the right to deny those as well!]

What won't you draw, aside from the above? - Proship! Hopefully that is clear enough. No hate content, no fetish, etc. I won't draw content of real people being shipped as well. [For the Chonny Jash fans out there that might see this: I won't draw Jashshipping!]

Full payment is expected before or after the initial sketch is sent over. I will tell you when I have started your commission, and payment is expected then! If you have only gotten a sketch, then payment is upfront. i will never take full payment after the commission is finished.

once the commission is complete, the art is yours. you can use it for references, icons, use it in media, etc. this being said, you must always credit me via one of my social media accounts if you do.

Above having been said, my artwork may not be used for merch and/or paid products. this is non-negotiable, sorry! commissions from me are for personal use only!

Refunds depend on how much work has already been done. You may not get the full amount back depending on how much work I have already put into the piece.

cancellations of commissions can only be done before i have started on the piece. you can cancel the order between the time i make the invoice, send it to you, and when i tell you i have started the commission. once i have started the commission, you can still cancel but the amount of money you get back will depend on the amount of work already put into the piece.

If the commission is required within a certain amount of time, tell me beforehand! i will rarely complete a commission in under a week.

Communicate, but do not rush me! Checking in on progress once i've said i have started the commission is great! So are requests to change/alter details! Please just do not rush me :)

Major changes after the commission is completed will likely not be completed! ask me for changes/alterations when i am still working on it and not after i have finished it! there might be exceptions to this, but it will be rare.

MY ART IS NOT TO BE USED TO TRAIN AI, USED ALONGSIDE AI, OR MADE INTO TOKENS OR NFTS under any circumstances. this is non-negotiable.

In case of failure to comply to these terms, i reserve the right to blacklist you from further commissions or purchases of my work(s).
